email or send it to us by fax.

The procedure to follow is quite simple: just access the File, go to the section dedicated to medical prescriptions, find the one to print, open it, download it and, finally, send it to print. 

Then, go to this page and click on the name of your Region or Autonomous Province. 

Or THE EASIEST WAY just click directly below on your Region  below directly 

Once logged in, locate the section dedicated to citizen services, which is usually located at the top or in the sidebar on the left or right of the page you are currently on.

In other cases, once you have logged in to the Electronic Record, you may see a box dedicated to "active prescriptions" and, by clicking on it, you can preview them and then download them using a special button.

By doing so, you can download the PDF file locally, which you can open and then print later using the PDF reader installed on your computer.

On the platforms of some regions, if you want, you can also "bypass" the download of the document and print it directly from the Health Record by clicking on the relevant Print button, sometimes represented by the printer icon.
